I am going away on holidays in two weeks and am going for a quick fix. My mum did this diet and lost 4 kilos in two weeks. I know I’m not fat but I would like to get rid of that little layer of fat before I have to wear a bikini.
For this diet I have to eat protein every three hours for three days. Then in the next three days I must still eat protein every three hours but for main meals I can have vegetables, I can also have carbs but that can only be at breakfast time. The last day of the week you can eat ANYTHING you want, even maccas ;) Then the same routine starts again next week.
I am on the 2nd day and so only one more day of protein, I am kind of craving grapes but I can’t eat them =P
